If you DO get the marinol script, you might avoid mentioning the cannabis card to the testing lab - you don't need it for a marinol script, but you might have to show the prescription or bottle. I normally wouldn't worry about failing a UA at the clinic because although you won't get kicked out, you will lose any take home priveledges if you have them which I just earned last month and also I have a week vacation planned to Arizona next month and am hoping to get an exception to get enough methadone to take to last the week.
